Terms of Service

By commission me you agree to the following

• payment is done after you are satisfied with the sketch. you are given 2 weeks to pay• feel free to negotiate price but after we settle on something, that's it
(final pricing may differ depending on the complexity of the character and prompts)• credits are greatly appreciated! if you're using it as a banner, pfp and such; putting my general user @samminh_ somewhere would be great, thank you!• none of my art is for commercial purposes
this includes nfts, selling my art on merch or prints, etc !! only for personal use!! unless we agreed on it otherwise• absolutely do not feed any art of mine into ai generators, doesn’t matter what kind• no refund, unless it's agreed upon (see below)• Expect the art done in a few days to a couple months. If you desire a refund, it can only be before I finish and the artwork will not be continued• asking for updates is always okay but rushing is not• try to be as specific as you want when ordering and provide visual references• i won’t do commissions that need a set due date :(• i have the right to decline commission requests• please let me know if you don’t want me to post your commission publicly, since i generally post the art online• ask questions if you have any!
