Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to the following terms of service
⋆｡‧˚ʚ♡ɞ˚‧｡⋆1. Payment will always be upfront.
-- I will not start the commission until I receive full payment.2. Final pricing may increase from basic price
--- Depending on the complexity of the character and prompts. We will agree on this together.3. No refunds or holds.
--- Unless I offer a refund. Customer cannot request a refund.
--- Full refunds occur if I have not started or completed the commission and cannot finish it in a reasonable time. However, I will not continue working on it after the refund.4. Artwork may not be used for commercial purposes unless agreed upon.
--- If you want to use it commercially, the will be an added fee on top.5. Do not feed artwork into AI or use for NFTs whatsoever.6. If you would like an artwork by a certain deadline, you have to pay extra and notify me before I accept the commission.7. Any rude or aggressive behavior will result in a block.8. I have the right to decline any commission requests for any reason.
--- Forcing me to draw something that I'm uncomfortable with will be an automatic block + blacklist9. You can only do changes in the sketch or lineart stages. Any significant/huge changes in the post-lineart stage that are not about coloring WILL COST EXTRA
--- I will double check with you in each stage to see if everything is to your taste.10. Do not use my artwork for any hateful or illegal purposes.11. Do not remove my watermark or claim art as yours.
--- Talk to me before reposting. Reposts only okay with credits.If you intentionally and significantly break any of the rules on this list you will be blacklisted.

--- I'm more than happy to show updates of sketch, lineart, coloring, etc. However I will not tolerate rushing. I will communicate any problems or delay, and will be ready to receive any feedback.2. I post finished commissions on my socials. So let me know if you don’t want me to post your commission publicly!3. Credits are greatly appreciated!
--- If you're using it as a banner, pfp and such; putting my general user @samminh_ somewhere would be great, thank you!4. Don't be afraid to ask questions or clarification!5. Please provide me proper information for what you would like in the commission.
--- Giving a clear reference photo/sheet that shows the character, the desired outfit, color palette. As well as pose, aesthetic, vibe, add-ons etc...
--- I can work without a visual reference as long as there is a detailed description. I recommend avoiding this to simplify the process.6. Completed piece will be sent through email unless requested otherwise.7. Requests like a png file ver will not cost money.
